My wife and I first met Vince at an open home he was conducting in Oriental Parade, Papamoa. We were both very impressed with his informative yet un-pressured approach. We were looking to buy and Vince did follow-up promptly however that particular property did not suit our needs. A short time later we had our property in Te Puke ready to go on the market. We called in two local Te Puke agents and we decided to ask Vince to prepare a marketing plan as well.
